Interview
The first round was a phone interview and the second round was a video call. Overall the interview process was not bad but they did ask a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared.

Tell me about a time when you had to handle a difficult worker in a team
2 interviews and not responsive through email. Required to be in the process of getting CPA otherwise you’re not even considered even for internship. They provide a lot of employees learning opportunities and does require some traveling. Need to be able to drive and be willing to fly. This will all be compensate by the company.

Interview
Simple and to the point. Why tax? Questions about work experiences and personal interests. Gives you the opportunity to ask the interviewer any questions you may have about the company. The interviewer was very affable.
Would do the phone screen before scheduling an interview. It is just a brief interview, they would just ask you to tell me about yourself. They would ask some questions related to your resume.
