I was referred to the company and was approached directly. There were few emails with one of the directors prior to the interview. Interview was with two directors and lasted for about an hour. The majority of the questions were around the experience outlined in the CV. The rest - eCommerce in general, Magento and related platforms. The interview was in the form of conversation and an overall experience was quite positive. The offer was made in few days after the interview.
