Balboa Ambulance Service interview questions

The interview was rather informal and relaxed. Some basic run of the mill interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc. Didn't quiz me on a whole lot of EMT skills or knowledge. Seemed to just be getting a feel for me and figuring out my availability. Made sure to bring in all my certs which seemed to leave a good impression.

The interview is very casual and comfortable. They realize they are offering a place to gain experience and move on. You will likely be hired on the spot and requested to see if any of the old uniforms fit. If not, you will be given a voucher to get new uniforms from Ace Uniforms.
