Low key, conversational. Phone chat with the hiring manager, in-person chat with superior and his superior. Felt real natural. No strange questions, straight and to the point, but in a good way.

Question 1
How are you handling multiple asks from multiple sources, some of which may or may not have a full grasp of the task they are asking of you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Balcom Agency (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
The first part was a phone screening. I met the person in charge of HR. She was very nice and we had a short phone call about myself and the position. The second part was a 30-minute zoom call with 3 people over Google Chat including HR.
The whole interview process felt akward. I was nervous during the interview which didn't help. The whole time I could just read the looks on their faces pretty easily. I could tell this would not be a good fit for me. I wasn't really clicking with them like I have on past interviews. I didn't even bother sending thank you emails because I knew it would be a waste of time.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Balcom Agency (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
I interviewed with their HR rep and a creative director. They were very nice, and it went well enough, but some of the questions they asked were strange and hard to answer. The office smelled kind of musty and sad. To get to the lobby from the front door, I had to climb a poorly lit flight of stairs that didn't even have a rail along its entirety. The interview was beneficial in that I think everyone involved was able to discern that it was not a good fit. Oh, and they described their culture as a "happy, dysfunctional family" who are "always up in each other's business." No thank you, I have an actual family for that.
