The interview was an enjoyable process. The people are very friendly and hospitable. It was very easy to open up and feel confident and listened to during the interview. I was interviewed by two people, a line supervisor and plant manager, and I did not feel very pressured if I answered hesitantly about a question or asked for them to explain the question a little more in detail.
