They asked about my experience being a part of a team. They asked what I thought separated me from other candidates. They asked why I wanted to work in this field. If you were a teacher they will ask why you now want to work with adults. They asked about my biggest challenges in my previous position.

None of their questions were very challenging. I got the sense that they just want to read your personality to see if you're a good fit. Be friendly and compassionate but firm- no pushovers.
