      Sales Assistant Interview

      Jun 2, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ballet Jewels (New York, NY) in Jan 2015

      Interview

I was first called in for an interview with HR. The woman was very nice and asked all the basic interview questions. Second round was with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, followed by meeting the CEO. He set up a last round for me to meet with one of the sales executives. I met with the sales executive and her assistant, who I eventually was hired to work under. Everyone was very engaging and easy to talk to, I felt like I was having a real conversation with each person rather than an interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

First round: all the basic questions Why should we hire you? What does your career path look like? Strengths/weaknesses? Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your experience. Why do you want to work for us? The second and third round were more of a conversation and less like an interview.
