Unreliable information on the job post. Finished a HR screening on the phone yesterday with BSNB. The HR person was nice, but when I told her my rate expectation, which was within the range on the job description and based on my past salary, and a negotiable stipend. She replied "I don't know if we are able to provide this hourly rate because this totally depends on the applicants' background and experience". Clearly an excuse. Then receive a rejection today. Don't write this range on your job post if you are unable to fulfill it.
