Interview
First stage interview - CEO just flicks through a presentation showing that the company is essentially a pyramid scheme, asks no questions about previous experience/skills, got offered a second interview after feeling like I had barely even spoken during the interview and was all very focused on how ‘great’ the company was rather than if I was a good fit - seemed to like that I was a student with barely any sales experience

Question 1
What are your hobbies? - they said they based it all off personality
Applied and then got a text about 10.30pm inviting me for an interview which I thought was strange. Realised straight away once the interview started that it was a pyramid scheme, the interviewer which was over zoom was very forceful.

Interview
The interview process has 3 stages.
The preliminary interview gives an overview of the development programme, the services the company provides and the clients they work with. The candidate will also have an opportunity to discuss their credentials, career goals and how they could fit in with the company's goals.
The second round of interviews is run like a full day assessment centre and is conducted by account managers. The business and its operations are explained in further detail, expounding on the information given during the preliminary interview. The candidate observes the day-to-day responsibilities first-hand and it's best to come prepared with paper and a pen to be used for answering interview questions.
The final interview gives the candidate the opportunity to put forward why they believe they are suitable for the role and highlight how their strengths would benefit the company. After finishing, candidates typically hear back about the progression of their application within 24 hours.
