A recruiter emailed and set up a time for a phone interview. I emailed 5 minutes prior to scheduled time, just to indicate I was ready. I did not receive a reply to email and I did not receive a call. 45 minutes passed and I get an email reply stating they “got busy” and said they would call in 5 minutes if I was available. I replied yes and did not receive a call. They did not attempt to call or communicate through email after that.

1 day after submitting my application I got a call to come in for an interview. I met with the unit manager and senior nurse manager. They both asked straightforward generic interview questions. It was an easy conversation. Was offered the job on the spot.
