Lasted around half an hour, brief and conscise on the questions , questions were about personal goals and my weaknesses and strengthens and there was a little review of the technical strengths such as attention to detail or language knowledge on a closed cubicle-like environment.

The interview begins with speaking to a member of the HR team. after, typing speed test, as well as a written test evaluating grammar, and basic math. After that, I met with one person from the management team for another interview.

2 interviews: one on the phone, one in person; 2 tests: one at home (typing and errors spotting) and one on site (writing an e-mail, math, and French language if applying fro bilingual position);
There was one phone interview, one in person interview with manager and one assessment. Overall it was pretty easy. They just want to get to know you and see if you're able to work in a busy environment.
