Lots of questions, "top grading" scheme. Disjoint, disrespectful, unorganised process, insecure interviewers who do not introduce themselves and their background. No feedback on the interview performance after it.

The interview has three rounds. The first one is through phone calls and takes about 20mins. The second one is one on on video call, about 30 mins. The third one is manager interview with four people.
