I interviewed at Barbican Centre (London, England)
Interview
Very standard. a set of questions that would be the same for every candidate. in the email they didn't mention there will be 3 panel members so that caught me a bit off guard.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barbican Centre (London, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview initially took the form of roundtable discussions in small groups, with icebreaker introductions and discussions about what we would do in different situations. Then we were all taken to a waiting room and called for individual interviews, where I was asked 4 questions, including why I wanted to join and what I would bring to this role. Also some questions on what I would do in a speciffic situation.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barbican Centre (London, England)
Interview
We were sent a series of questions before the interview. The actual interview included an additional question as well. We were also asked to complete 3 tasks in 20 mins. The interviewees acknowledged that the tasks couldn't be completed in that time so they would take that into account while reviewing.
The actual process was fine and fairly standard. The issue I faced was that I wasn't given any feedback on my interview despite asking for it twice after the process via email.
This felt disrespectful to me. I've interviewed here before and didn't have this problem.
The pre interview email also asked that you come in 15 minutes before your slot but they didn't seem ready to receive me at that time so I wonder if that was outdated information.
