I received a message on LinkedIn from an HR rep saying that I looked like a good fit for the role. It was an individual message rather than a blanket campaign (which I'd usually ignore).
- First-stage telephone screen with HR
- Second-stage Teams meeting with the hiring manager and a colleague of the team. This was a mix of learning about me personally as well as my professional background.
- Third-stage Teams presentation to the MD and the divisional Head of Marketing (this is standard for my role). I was given a brief and asked to put together a short PowerPoint presentation, then this was followed by a Q&A.
