I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Barkawi (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview was broken up into 3 parts. Phone Interview, Presentation at Office, President Introduction.
Part 1: The phone interview was structured as a casual, behavioral one with the Director of Talent Acquisition. She was very friendly and kept communication up throughout the process making you feel very valued. This part of the interview was not difficult and requires little to no preparation.
Part 2: The presentation at the office was the most formal part of this interview process. It requires you to spend a couple hours putting together a presentation that you believe displays your skills the most effectively. Once you present, you have the opportunity to meet with some of the current employees and discuss a potential future at the company.
Part 3: My favorite part of this interview process was getting to speak to the President of Barkawi. It shows you how involved everyone in the company is involved with their employees. We spoke about my background and plans/expectations for the future.
Overall, this whole process only took me 2 weeks. It was very smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to my friend after working here for a couple weeks.
Had two phone interviews one with typical behavioral questions and resume walkthrough the other was a market estimation case. Final round was multiple interviews in the office with some being focused on behavioral, brainteasers, and then a case where you presented to directors in firm.
