Basic interview process; standard questions about experience and “what would you do” scenario type questions. The interviewer was nice but it slightly felt like they were not interested in me as a candidate. They do multiple stage interviews and I only got to stage one. I obviously didn’t make it to the next stage but they didn’t even bother to send a rejection email. It’s a very, very small firm, so I cannot see why this wasn’t possible.
