keeping the message firm: I received an interview invitation a week in advance. On the day of the interview, the Partner scheduled to speak with me joined 15 minutes late and did not acknowledge or apologise for the delay. I found this quite unprofessional, especially as it gave the impression that my time was not valued because I was applying for a junior role. During the interview, she asked general questions but appeared disengaged and distracted while I was responding. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend it.
