Easy interview process basic competency questions based on the role. Questions provided beforehand so had time to prepare. Interview took place on teams. Onboarding process took slightly longer as they do checks through an external company
Had an interview with a Panel of 3. Interview invite stated that the role would require a short 5-10 mins presentation which will be done in the 1hr interview - the topic would be sent days in advance of the interview. No presentation topic was provided when I picked my slot. I emailed with 48 hours notice to confirm if a presentation is still going to be sent...no reply. I attended the interview, friendly panel but given the Title of the role "Technical" Transition Manager there was no question to probe technical ability or understanding as the JD mentions: "Strong understanding of IT service delivery, infrastructure, applications, and systems integration", "Understanding of information security, data protection" but none of these were tested in depth. Felt like there was a notable mismatch between the JD that led me to be selected to the interview vs what the panel were asking. Almost an hour after my interview I receive an email to tell me that no presentation is required...
Overall, the experience felt slightly misaligned in terms of expectations vs assessment. Clearer communication ahead of time would have been helpful as candidates were under the impression that a presentation was required to be done.

Experience with Suppliers
Very easy. Communication via email to arrange a time to meet in person and be spoken through all the different methods that the library uses for organisation. Welcoming members of staff who are more than willing to help you out if you find the system a bit confusing at first.
