I filled out an application online, and within an hour I had an email requesting an interview with a couple of time options. Within an hour and a half of filling out an application, I had an interview secured for a few days later. I highly appreciated the promptness. The interview made me feel like the the manager wanted to get a sense of my strengths and achievements in the position, what I can bring to the team, a sense of my personality, areas in which they can help me improve if hired. I liked that there was that understanding of nobody's perfect, and if you're a good team member, they will help you grow.
