Held in the back room of the main location in a manager's office. She was overworked and had mountains of paperwork all over the place. Very friendly and felt there was a good rapport, but interview did not start on time and there were countless interruptions from the owner and calls from coworkers she had to take. The actual interview itself did not take long. What was most disappointing, however, was the realization that promised regular performance reviews and regular wage increases were never intended to be fulfilled. My new coworkers had a big laugh when I told them what I was told.
