When a recruiter screens you, they may ask you about your profile in order to assess your skills and experience. This could involve a range of questions about your professional background, including your education, work history, and any relevant certifications or qualifications.
Additionally, you may be asked to participate in a hands-on coding exercise that involves working with a json dataset. This could require you to demonstrate your ability to work with complex data structures, manipulate data using programming languages like Python or JavaScript, and analyze and interpret the results of your code.
Overall, the recruiter screen and coding exercise are important steps in the hiring process that can help employers identify the most qualified candidates for a given role. By showcasing your skills and experience in these areas, you can increase your chances of landing the job you want.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Find the peak time on a parking spot given check-in check-out timings
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baton in Sep 2023
Interview
The process was quick (about a month) and consisted of four rounds:
* Recruiter screen
* CoderPad puzzle (90 minutes)
* Tech Screen (60)
* Half-day onsite with 3 rounds -> Behavioral/Culture, Database design, Systems Architecture
Interviews were low stress, the interviewers were conversational and did a good job of directing when I got lost. Everyone felt genuinely excited to work at Baton, and that showed through in the interviews. I liked the collaborative approach to interviewing.
