Quite straight forward interview, but did not seem to want to give a good idea of what role included. Got a tour of the unit. Unit was under construction, but was unsure as to when it would be up and going.

Friendly welcome, simple process, started with an informal chat then asked to attend an interview. Once there I was shown around the facilities, explained each area and how they function. They asked a number of questions on previous experience, in particular people management.
