The interview process was simple. First round interviews and group interviews. You are asked if making 30k a year is OK, whether you have references and what your best quality is. Your second interview they tell you it will be one on one, but it is a 2 hour group interview where you are asked the same 3 questions you were asked in interview 1. They advertise the job as a paid training Management position, but fail to mention your training is door to door bothering people to switch Natural Gas suppliers. They will spring that on you day 2 of training, with 0 warning.
