Interview
Recently, I completed a series of interviews for the collection position. I progressed to the third round, where I felt confident during both the phone interview and the in-person panel review. Both interviewers for the initial rounds demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided valuable feedback on my skills. However, the final interview was a significant disappointment. The interviewer appeared disinterested in me, despite my qualifications and strong performance in the previous interviews. I sensed a disconnect between my qualifications and the company’s culture. Following the interview, I sent a thank-you and follow-up email, expressing my anticipation for a decision. Unfortunately, I never received any communication regarding the position. I also noticed a lack of diversity in the company.

Interview
Following my phone and panel interviews, I felt confident about the third round. The interviewers during the phone and panel interviews were highly professional and provided me with valuable insights. However, the interviewer during the third round appeared less professional and personable. Her demeanor suggested a lack of interest in continuing the interview, which led me to believe that I would not be hired. Furthermore, I observed a disparity between the company’s claims of diversity during the panel interview and the actual composition of its staff, particularly regarding the potential for working with an almost entirely female team.
