The process was fairly easy going. They explained the job fairly well, and asked plenty of questions regarding applicable experience, particularly using a custom CMS. They offered me water and showed me a brief overview about how their internal system worked and asked if I could learn the system quickly. They also expected timely clock ins and being on time.
