I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Beacon Hill
Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter first and it went very well - it was very conversational and I felt extremely comfortable. I heard back shortly after that interview that I was being invited to interview with someone from the division I was interested in. That was also a phone interview that happened just over a month after the first interview. It was also very conversational.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Beacon Hill (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2026
Interview
The recruiter I got was super nice and was basically giving me "the answers to the test" going into every interview which made me feel confident walking in. I've gone through all 3 phases of the interview process now and haven't heard back a final decision in weeks.
Great interview! My first (and only) was through phone, and I felt like I was genuinely listened to, and that my follow-up questions were answered. Didn't get the role, but I still would recommend anyone to apply (they were quick to follow up as well, which was nice). They also sent me a pamphlet going over different paths within the company (I haven't seen any other company do that before, and it was really impresive.).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Beacon Hill
Interview
The interview process felt long and unnecessary. You have a phone call with the recruiter, and after that 3 interviews. Took about 6 weeks from start to completion and in simple words, I felt like my time was wasted just to be told no at the end.
