A recruiter/coordinator reached out to me to schedule the interview. I had an interview scheduled by the next day. They communicated over text which was helpful if you are interviewing while working full-time. I had one hour long zoom interview with two members of the company.

Interview
The first interview was more of a get-to-know-you type of interview. They ask you about yourself, why you applied to the position, and run you through what the position is about. The people interviewing were very nice.
Not very hard. Spoke to several people at firm. Not technical. Be conversational and you should be totally fine in the interview process. You should have a background in finance.
