Great process! A meeting with the talent team, followed by an interview with the engineering VP.
After that a leet-code style programming interview, which I was not successful in. Not Beam’s fault; I did not perform at my best on the day.
Was given feedback within a couple of days which was objective and fair and suggested improvements for next time.
Everyone was lovely, empathetic and represented themselves and Beam well.

Question 1
How do you as an engineer drive the working relationship between product and engineering?
Very straightforward process, call with recruiter, CTO, problem solving round, system design and then call with founder. Received feedback for problem solving round but never received feedback on system design and product discussion which was scheduled on same day(last 2 interviews) I followed up couple of times for about a month and never received a feedback. They just said that they are going ahead with someone but no feedback.

Process was great, very fast and smooth. Not much time waiting for feedback in between rounds.
Unfortunately I was not successful which I expected, I did not perform at my best. However the recruiter took the time to give feedback and explain why.
