First screening call with recruiter coordinator, then interview with the hiring manager.
Most of the interview with the hiring manager were behavioral questions, then a few technical ones. The interview with the hiring manager lasted 1hr and it's recorded.

Interview
The application and interview process is hillariously bad.
For me, it started with an unsolicited email from a hiring manager, stating the companies tech stack, a request to book a video call and not much else. No salary range, application process steps or even a job spec. I asked for this by email, no reply.
When on the call, I asked why he had reached out to me what the role was. Turns out this is a screening call for an application I made over a year ago, didn't get a reply for back then and had long forgotten about.
The hiring manager told me the role was for a senior software engineer and that a recruiter would send me the job spec. He also explained the application process has many face to face interviews and coding tests. Quite a commitment for an unspecified role and salary.
He really struggled to tell me what the company does and how it was structured. I think they're building a clone of the workable platform, I gathered this from wading though swathes of jargon on the website and not from direct communication with the company.
Some of the interview questions were just guessing games. He'd ask me what I think certain phrases from their internal company jargon mean. Instead of a guessing game, why not explain what the jargon means and explore any related experience?
The interviewer did not ask a single question about anything specific on my CV. He clearly hadn't read my CV beforehand, even if it was a year out of date. I doubt if he even had it front of him at the time.
I didn't notice the interviewer type or write anything down, so I doubt he took any notes or that any feedback would be available. The whole time I felt like he was just running out the clock to get his "I've conducted one interview today" tickbox checked off.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beamery in Aug 2021
Interview
Pretty bad interview experience for a company that is focused on talent management. Got the first call with the recruiter after 2 weeks. It was a rough description of the company and a basic sales pitch for the company. No technical questions. We schedule the next interview with the engineering manager. The interview with him was focused on behavior, team fit and way of thinking. After that I was ghosted and I didn't hear anything. Shame.
