Interview
I was brought in for two days to be on the air with the current morning show. It went great and I was offered the job after the second audition. I was the first person they had interviewed for the position, so I was told to tell no one that I had been offered the job because they had to "cover their EEO bases" and interview other people just to have it on record. I moved and started three weeks later.

Question 1
They asked basic things, like where I saw myself in 5 years and why I wanted to work there. They also asked how much I was willing to work for. They were dishonest about my compensation in the interview, though, and I wish I had known that up front.
