An initial phone interview followed by EIGHT second round interviews including two performance tasks. At every. single. meeting. AT LEAST one faculty member was late, and one NEVER SHOWED UP (Diversity and Inclusivity position- guess they don't care about that). Completely disrespectful to the candidate's time and effort. After arranging my schedule to fit their interview needs and preparing my performance tasks, they ghosted me. No contact at all. Unheard of in this industry. I followed up weeks later to seek feedback and they replied with NO explanation, reason, or feedback AT ALL. So jarringly unprofessional. Their educators can't even manage to be on time for a meeting or show basic manners (not to mention that they all were dressed in sweatshirts and beanies for a professional engagement), why would you want them to teach your kids when they are unsuccessful, lazy, and unprofessional? Plenty of amazing private schools in Boston. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
