Beaver Steel Services interview questions

Showed up with 8+ years of robotics and automation on my resume for them to try and gaslight me into believing I’m not qualified to maintain basic machinery and should run a steel press. Leadership has no understanding of the skill sets of modern technicians and was totally unprepared for the interview.
