Telephone screening from HR, then a scheduled on site interview with the Quality Manager and the Operations Manager. The factory tour was a single lap through the manufacturing area. HR required filling out an employment application

Nothing particularly tricky or innovative. The position was Quality Engineer, and the questions were pretty straightforward and focused on what a QE does.
