Recruiter set up initial phone call with a supervisor. The whole interview was essentially a conversation and the supervisor telling me more about the role. He was very straight to the point with the questions. Overall an average interview. What irritates me about this interview process is that I never heard back from them. I even sent two follow ups. It put a bad taste in my mouth about this company who claims to be very community/family focused.

Had a phone screening , recruiter asked about my salary requirements . She was very honest and let me know it was out of range for the role but she was transparent and I appreciated that. Told me that she would keep me in mind for other roles
