Three different rounds with different executives each with their own unique point of view. It was very intense, but also reassuring that I was on a team that wanted my best level contribution.

Un process long, totalement desinteressé coté RH, qui passe le dossier à un collegue car elle n'a pas le temps.
Plus de 6 semaines avec 5 entretiens : RH, product lead, tech lead, entretien stakeholders et entretien CPO, avec un cas pratique live. Le cas pratique une excuse pour des "cases à cocher" avec les questions / vos réponses , de leur coté qui seront utilisées pour justifier leur decision froidement et se deresponsabiliser, vous faire sentir fautif et pas au niveau à cause d'un détail.
Rien de très original me direz vous. Sauf que le process est long... laborieux... RH pas du tout investis, vous laissent poireauter plusieurs jours sans retour. Il faut quémander une réponse ! Et lorsque vous en avez une, je cite "votre profil est excellent, vous franchissez toute les étapes et avez toutes les qualités mais on préfère d'autres candidats... "
L'entreprise passe donc des semaines à rencontrer mille candidats pendant toutes les étapes du process plutot que de se recentrer. Et vous aurez donc un feedback totalement subjectif et dévalorisant. Après plus d'un mois et demi de process et d'implication. Des retours contradictoires qui paraissent absurdes. Une des pires expériences, et des plus dénigrantes que j'ai connu en dix ans.
I met with Talent Acquisition. Never seen or heard any recruiter who looked so bored and uninterested in my answers. Anyway she said I would get an answer after a few days and that I would make it to the 2nd interview. Also said that another recruiter would continue the process as she had a lot to do elsewhere (hence the boredom).
Ladt but not least: that was 6 weeks ago, still haven't heard from them lol.
