Once you complete the online application, you'll received an email with a link to the video interview for you to complete within 72 hours. You're given a chance to test your camera and microphone and practise a little bit. The questions are pretty basic. From other reviews it looks like the questions are always the same. Haven't heard back from them after 3 days.

Interview
They send a request for a video questionnaire automatically and they give you 48 hours to complete it. The questionnaire is made up of 5 questions and you have 30 seconds before each question to prepare. If you are applying to a position in Quebec, they ask you to answer one of the questions in french. They choose which question will be answered in french.

Interview
The first round is a one-way video interview. You need to submit it within 48 hours. After that, you will have a phone call from Bell, if you are selected to proceed.

Question 1
The first round: 1.Tell me about yourself. 2.Why bell? 3. Describe a project you did. How did you succeed?
The final round: depends on the hiring team. There are two parts: 1. technical questions: There are 3 technical questions. 1. swap variable 2. debug 3. write a function
2.behavioral questions: There are 4 questions. I only remember one. 1. How did you convince others when stakeholders didn't agree with you? (not 100% accurate, but similar)

Asked to do online interview within 48 hours. It was a webcam interview you had 1 minute to answer each question and 30 seconds to read the question. Was very basic questions about 5 of them. Its been about a week since I completed it but I have yet to get any followup.
