Interview
I went to a career event at my school where Bell presented in September 2019. They then provided a link to register for an event. While waiting for their response, I applied online for a few positions. Had to do a video interview. I then got selected to go to the Bell Campus in Montreal in October 2019. Turns out the event was part of hiring process and I had a "mock" interview there. It was a nice event with great food. A few weeks later I got final interviews with Bell and this BI one took 3 hours. I had 2 hours to prepare and 1 hour to present. Some SQL and math questions were in the test.

The first step is Video Interview, it consisted of Tell me about yourself, tell what you know about the company, tell me about the stressful situation at work and how did you deal with it.
Asked 3 questions about why bell - why this job, any past conflicts and a project you are proud of. Annoying that they use an online platform for their first interview.

It started with a recorded video interview where I am given several questions and 15 seconds of time interval to answer each question. Unfortunately, I didn't get to move on to the next stage.
