Interview was poorly organized. Interviewer was not prepared with pay information and appeared to be very hurried. I was actually contacted on my way in to "make sure I was still willing to come to the interview". Wtf? I had never had anyone phrase a confirmation that way. They called about 30 minutes before the interview was scheduled and the person stated that she "had other things to do if I didn't want to interview that day".
