Bell & Associates interview questions

Candid conversation with the owner with clear expectations of the company and how to grow. Three interview process, two with the President, and final with the Operations Manager. No question was off the table, nor was I made to feel my questions or concerns weren't valid.

The recruiter called me at a prearranged time and asked me to tell her about my current or recent work experience. She then suggested a course of action for me that she felt would yield the best results in obtaining employment based on my experience, perhaps to soften the blow, then advised me that she would not be able to place me due to my lack of recent employment.
