Phone screen with the recruiter, then phone screen with 2 hiring managers, then in-person interview. The hiring managers called while they were both driving which is incredibly unprofessional and also means they did not have my resume in front of them. They are looking for entrepreneurial people who can turn around their brands. If you want the job, talk about your ability to be scrappy with limited resources.
