Solve for the sale price of an industrial property given certain criteria
On-Campus. Commercial Real estate technical questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. At the time, just was not as knowledgeable about the market that I would have liked to be. I did not make it pass the first round.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Got an interview through my school campus recruiting office. They asked some general behavioral questions, questions on previous internship experience, and 2-3 technical questions specifically in real estate.
