I received a phone call from the hiring manager. The first screening was a casual phone conversation around 15-20 minutes long. The second step was a zoom interview with 3 people. Scheduling was done over email. The hiring manager had great communication, the interviewers helped me succeed despite the nervous nature of the interview process. Then they let me know before reaching out to my listed references.

Interview
I was called for a phone-screening within a week of applying. It lasted about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty basic. Do you own a vehicle? Any violations? Why are you looking? I was asked when I am available for an interview. We set this up within the week. Done through zoom. 2 people present. Lasted about 45 minutes.
