Benchmark Human Services interview questions

First interview was with a recruiter. She was very short and snippy. She was obviously quickly going through her list of questions and checking them off. This interview did not give me confidence or make me want to work for the organization. The questions I asked, she responded she wasn't the person to ask. 2nd interview via phone which was odd given everyone being local. Standard questions, 3 person panel. Not much of a welcoming vibe from panel. Never received a response from the interviews, no offer or rejection which is unprofessional.

The interview process started off well. I first spoke with a recruiter who was courteous and informative. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview, where I met with a few of team members. The interview itself was straightforward, focused on my payroll experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company and the role. Unfortunately, after the interview, I did not receive a status update or closure, despite being told in my interview I would hear back regardless. While the initial steps were promising and professional, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. I would recommend clearer follow-up practices to improve the candidate experience.
