Interview
Benchmark is a bit different in that they want either experienced agents with a threshold of transactions or new agents if they are mentored by someone in the brokerage. They will ask you about your experience and talk about the Benchmark programs.
Talk to a principal broker. Fill out the proper forms and wait for approval.
