Applied online, got a call from the recruiter, was then sent take home assessment (email composition and trch skills assesment), then came initial interview from the recruiter. After a day or two, got an email for tech simulation where you’re asked to complete a couple of techincal tasks (o365, active directory, drive mapping, folder permissions). Then come the final interview with the SDm (Service Desk Manager) and the IT Director, where you’ll be asked again about technical situations ranging from P4-P1 incidents.
