I applied online, and got a phone call a couple days later setting up an interview. Came into the interview and they asked if I was okay with dogs. Most days they have their therapy dog (golden retriever) in the main/reception office. Plan for him to be there, they are paying attention to how you treat him and how he treats you. They asked few questions, and at the end asked me to not do any more interviews. They took a photo copy of my drivers license that day.
