Bergen Shippers interview questions

I was asked about my experience and my work history. I had several questions that were answered fully. It was very professional and there were no 'trick' or 'gotcha' questions

Very straightforward. They want to know if you're organized and hard-working mostly. To them, you can learn whatever you don't know as long as you're sharp and determined. It seems like a really high-paced environment that is high-risk/high-reward. The people who work there are like family and usually stay for a long time.
