First was a phone interview (which they called 30 mins late) with the manager and CEO. It consisted of basic questions about my resume and experience. About 30 mins after the phone interview, I was called to come in for a face to face interview later that week. The face to face interview consisted of the CEO, CFO, and manager. The interview started right before lunch and was mostly personality questions before lunch. I was then taken to lunch with most of the company to further test my personality. After lunch, the manager quizzed me about my seismic experience. 2 days after the interview, I was offered the job
