There was a 2 step interview process. The first step was a phone conversation with an agency recruiter, and the second step was an onsite interview with the CTO, VP of Operations, and Quality Manager. They were all nice people and the conversations went really well.

The interview process consisted of a phone screen with the agency recruiter, and then an in-person at the facility. I was asked about my past experience with writing SOPs, participating in FDA Investigations, participating in ISO Audits, managing Quality Management Systems under both 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 13485.
