First they have you take a comprehension test and if you pass they call you for a second interview. I received a call for the same day offering me the position. The rest was via email.

Interview
Extremely long phone interview with a follow up face-to-face interview with staff members. I don't think there was any procedure. Very unprofessional. Staff acted like cliquey high school girls who wouldn't let you sit with them.
